Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you purchase a template from Purrly we collect:

  • Email address — provided at checkout, used to deliver your template and send transactional receipts.
  • Purchase record — order ID, product purchased, and amount paid, processed and stored by Stripe.
  • IP address and basic analytics — collected automatically to detect fraud, measure aggregate traffic, and improve the site. We do not build individual user profiles from this data.

2. How we use it

  • Delivering your purchased template via email link.
  • Sending transactional emails (order confirmation, template updates).
  • Calculating aggregate, anonymous analytics to understand which templates are most useful.
  • Complying with legal obligations and preventing fraud.

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not send unsolicited marketing emails.

3. Third-party processors

We share data only with the processors required to operate the service:

  • Stripe — handles payment processing and stores your card details and purchase record. Purrly never sees your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
  • Postmark (email delivery) — routes transactional emails (template delivery, receipts) on our behalf. Email content is retained by Postmark for a short period to support bounce and delivery tracking.

4. We do not sell data

Purrly does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes — ever.

5. Data retention

We retain your email address and purchase record for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for (primarily to send future template update emails) or as required by law. You may request deletion at any time (see section 6).

6. Your rights and data requests

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To make a request, email us at purrlywork@polsia.app with the subject line "Data Request". We will respond within 30 days.

7. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
